Israeli settlers abducted briefly and beat a Palestinian child from outside his home in Ras al-Amud. The incident took place on July 22, 2011. The child was identified as Fu'ad Jaber, 13.

Jaber reported to JCSER that while he was playing outside his home in Ras al-Amud which is adjacent to the Jewish settlement Maale Zeitim, "One settler got out of a white car, at around 6:00 p.m. on Friday. He immediately started to beat me and forced me inside the car. He blindfolded my eye and drove the car to unknown direction for a period of time before turning me back to my residency place."

According to Jaber father's Fuad, he didnt recognized the people who abducted his son, however, after one hour, he saw his son coming down from a car belonging to Israeli Border Guards. "He looked pale, scare and couldn't speak," the father said.
