Members of the Special Forces of the Israel occupation police arrested on Monday a Palestinian kid, under the pretext of his involvement in stone throwing incidents in Issawiyeh town in Jerusalem.

The Palestinian child who was identified as Ali Daoud Dirbas, 6, was arrested from the neighborhood of his house where clashes between the youths of the town and Israeli police erupted.

The child father, Daoud told JCSER, "My son was arrested on Tuesday afternoon by members of the Special Forces from near our house, and was taken to the police station outside Herod's Gate."
He added, "I attended the investigation of my son who was charged with throwing stones at Israeli police, but he denied them. Consequently, the police released him at midnight on the condition of appearing the next day before the police for further investigations."
Dirbas noted that on the day of his son arrest, the town observed clashes between the police and the Palestinian protesters against the provocative visit of Israel's Jerusalem mayor Nir Barkat to the area to inaugurate a post office. He added, that his son was arrested together with the other child Mohammad Mahmoud Abdel Qader, 14.
