Israeli police prohibited on Sunday a Palestinian youth from entering the Old City of Jerusalem for 12 days on charges of involvement in a scuffle with Jewish settlers few days ago.

Israeli police issued the ban order against Amin Hussein Siyam, 20, a resident of the Jerusalem neighborhood of Wadi al-Jouz, after releasing him from custody for charges of involvement in fist fight with Jewish settlers which erupted inside the Old City.

Siyam told JCSER that the police prohibited him from entering the Old City for 12 days starting from February 7.
