JCSER Saves a Home from Demolition

Print PDF

JCSER's advocate, Mr. Farid Mahajneh, was able to save a home selected by the Israeli authorities for demolition under the pretext that the house was built without a permit. Mr. Mahajneh examined the Interior Ministry's false accusation before the court, which yielded the denial of home demolition order and a-60,000-shekel fine.

Accordingly, the court gave the defendant a one-year grace period to resubmit a building permit application and fined the client 20,000 shekels to be paid in 500 shekels.
