Israeli Central Court decided on Monday to remand in custody member of the Palestinian Legislative Council Muhammad Totah and Ex-minister of Jerusalem's Affairs Khaled Abu Arafeh, pending the end of legal measures.

Both were arrested from inside headquarters of the International Committee of the Red Cross, after being striped of their residency rights in Jerusalem.
