Postponement of demolition orders and cancellation of prison terms for three Palestinian Jerusalemites

JCSER's legal team was able to reach a settlement with the Israeli Municipality Court to delay the demolition of three housing structures in occupied East Jerusalem and the cancellation of the owners' prison terms.

The Israeli Municipality Court agreed to a settlement with the home owners through JCSER. The settlement included delaying the demolition order, canceling the prison term and reducing the fine against each of the three home owners. The names of the home owners in questions are Oman Shaloudi, Ibrahim Abu Khatir and Walid Jabir
