Print PDF

In the wake of a petition submitted to the Israeli Central Court, the Jerusalem Center for Social & Economic Rights (JCSER) has obtained the Interior Ministrys official approval to register Rasileh Jamal Abed Al-Qader Tahas children on her Jerusalem ID card. Mrs. Taha is a resident of Shufat refugee camp, north of Occupied Jerusalem.

JCSER lawyer Ziad Qawar, who is following up the case, said, I received a letter from the Interior Ministry stating its approval to register Rasileh Tahas children on her Jerusalem ID card. The Ministry has set 18 March 2004 as a date for the registration.
