Print PDF

The National Insurance Institute (NII) has informed Samer Sulieman, a lawyer from the Jerusalem Center for Social & Economic Rights (JCSER), of its approval to restore health insurance to Zuheri Mughlis family. The family lives in Silwan, a neighborhood in the southern part of Occupied East Jerusalem.

Mr. Sulieman clarified the details of the resolution of the case, stating that he received a letter from the NII, stating its acknowledgement of the familys health insurance retroactively to 1995.

The NII also sent a memo to the District Labor Court in Jerusalem informing it of its decision for approval.
