Israeli court drops a list of building code charges against

Through an Israeli court order, JCSER succeeded to drop a list of building code charges against Osama Jaber from the Old City. He was accused of breaking West Jerusalem Municipality building codes. Lawyer Mohamed Qadeh, Jaber was had to perform restoration work on his roof after it fell. After he restored his roof the WJM charged him with breaking the municipalitys building codes. In addition, the municipality prevented from repairing his roof. Jaber came to JCSER for legal assistance. After several court sessions, the judge dropped the list of charges against Jaber. Thus, protecting Jaber familys right of shelter.
