Building code charges against a Palestinian Jerusalemite dropped

Print PDF

JCSER obliged the West Jerusalem Municipality to drop building code charges against Ghassan Al-Taweel from Occupied Jerusalem. This came after JCSER attained an order from Israeli domestic affair court dropping the charges.

Lawyer Ziad Quwar added, the court dropped the charges after we proved that the WJM charged Al-Taweels father with the same list of charges approximately two years ago.
