Court order obtained

The Jerusalem Center for Social & Economic Rights (JCSER) was able to obtain a court order from the Israeli Central Court in Occupied Jerusalem, preventing the Interior Ministry from deporting Dalal Abu Daouds family until the Court studies the case.

The Court gave the Interior Ministry one week to reply to the family reunification application submitted in the name of Dalal Abu Daoud and her husband.
