News demolition orders issued against 17 Palestinians homes in Silwan
Teams of Israeli occupation's Jerusalem Municipality escorted with police and Border Guards forces stormed yesterday Silwan village and began to distribute new demolition orders among Palestinian owners of houses slated for demolition.
During the raid clashes erupted with Palestinian youths, and consequently the Municipality employees failed to hand over all the 17 demolition orders.
Israeli occupation authorities intend to demolish 88 homes in the Palestinian Jerusalem neighborhood to clear the way for establishing the so called King Solomon Garden. In case the demolition implemented against the entire neighborhood, some 600 Palestinians will be displaced.
